The ITP Fundraiser
Some of you already know that I was in a concert yesterday, especially because some of you were actually there! Thanks to those of you who came out to watch the show, especially those of you who never knew me prior to the show. It’s always awesome to meet new people, and build up connections with people who do the same thing as me! The concert went pretty well, I’m very happy to state that “Taylor the GAY Latte Boy” was a hit. Thank you to Kory Desoto for re-writing that, although I’m pretty sure he will never read this. Either way, I will be uploading two versions of it onto YouTube very soon. Actually, the dress rehearsal is uploading right now. I don’t know which performance is better, but you be the judge of that! On that note, I will be uploading my footage from the concert within the next few days and I will obviously post them here and talk a bit about each of the performances. I’m not so sure I’ll upload EVERY performance though, because there are some that were definitely REALLY ROUGH. (Next time don’t get me to sing a pop song!)
Either way, I hope you bloggers are doing well!
Long Day, with Hard Work.
Today was the final rehearsal before my performances this week. I can’t say I’m excited just yet or anything, just worked out of my mind. As I stated: I can’t wait for this week to be over. Maybe I’ll have a bit more sleep and a bit more energy to do other things and focus back into “me time”.
Today I also got to catch the nearest and dearest EMM GRYNER perform live. A woman who has been one of my greatest inspirations throughout the years. She has been an awesome friend, an awesome support, and an awesome mentor. I am constantly amazed with her showmanship and her presence on stage. There’s a lot of things you can learn from this fabulous lady if you want to be an entertaining and down to earth musician. I am so happy I actually got the chance to meet her years ago, and now to have her on my album. I could never express how lucky I am as an artist. As always, I think you should go check out her music. Maybe even buy a couple of her albums. They’re really good for chill days when you just need to hear that someone else went through the same bull that you did. It’s my favourite thing about her music. It’s all real. Something I definitely pulled into my music.
Either way bloggers, I’m going to have to sign out for the night. It’s 12:47AM and I just ate half a bag of chips and a pack of seaweed. This is what midnight munchies do to me, but awe well I needed to take some medication anyways!
